License for the AI VJ Application and Visuals

By purchasing and or downloading AI VJ and/or our visuals you agree and are legally bound to the terms of this license agreement and those linked below

The AI VJ Software

The AI VJ software (“AI VJ”) can be used in live and recorded performances, both in private and public spaces, like software under the Steam PC Cafe programme

AI VJ can also be used both for commercial, and non-commercial use. No separate commercial license is required

Apart from these two extra permissions it falls under the standard license for Steam Games / Software

If visuals from DLCs are used on multiple machines beyond installations through Steam plus two, multiple DLC licenses are needed. See below

Visuals

Purchasing our visuals (“Visuals”) as Steam DLC or otherwise gives you the right to use the Visuals in live performances, such as – but not limited to – dj shows, concerts and theatre shows

You can also use the Visuals for recordings, television shows or movies and to broadcast, and stream the Visuals on the internet as long as such is done as part of a (live or not is fine) mix / performance (with music / sound added to the recording/stream)

Besides as part of licensed installations through Steam, the Visuals may only be copied to a maximum of two computers (2 cpu’s). If you want to use the Visuals on more computers at a time, you can buy more (DLC) licenses to match the number of copies, or contact Intuition Technology to acquire permission

The right of use does not give you the right to redistribute or resell the Visuals in any way. The Visuals as such may not be made available online (and if you did find them there, I hope you like them and when times are better, will consider buying the visuals)

Both the Software and Visuals

Except where agreed otherwise in writing such as the above cases, you are not entitled to make derivative works of AI VJ or the Visuals in part or in full - without the prior written consent of Intuition Technology. Intuition Technology shall at all times be entitled to refuse its consent or to attach conditions to its consent

AI VJ and Visuals, either together, or separate, can not be used or offered without written permission, in cloud based, game pass type, online software rental, software as a service, or similar services. Contact us if you are interested in obtaining permission for such use

This license is a non-exclusive and non-transferable license between you and Intuition Technology

You shall strictly observe the restrictions on the right of use of AI VJ and the Visuals as set out in this license agreement at all times. You are aware that the violation of an agreed restriction on use shall constitute both breach of this license agreement and an infringement of the intellectual property rights in respect of the Visuals

Intuition Technology does not guarantee that AI VJ or the Visuals will operate with no interruptions, errors or defects or that all errors and defects will always be fixed (just not legally, we will do our best to fix things!)

The total liability of Intuition Technology due to an attributable failure to perform this agreement or due to any other reason, explicitly including any failure to comply with a guarantee obligation agreed with you, shall be limited to compensation of the direct damage or loss not exceeding the sum stipulated for the software and the Visuals (excl. VAT)

The liability of Intuition Technology for indirect damage or loss, resulting loss, loss of profit, loss of savings, reduced goodwill, loss due to business interruption, loss as a result of claims from your customers, shall be excluded

This agreement and any other agreements between you and Intuition Technology shall be governed by Dutch law. The applicability of the Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods 1980 is excluded

Any disputes that may arise between you and Intuition Technology on the basis of an agreement concluded between you and Intuition Technology or as a result of further agreements that arise from such an agreement, shall be settled by a Dutch court in The Hague
