How do I add DLC after buying it?

Open the 'Visuals' menu near the top-right in AI VJ. Then it should be under 'Installed DLCs'. Make sure you have not unticked it in Steam. And that your monitor aspect ratio doesn't hide part of the menu if you bought many

Ableton Link does not work over my network. How do I fix it?

Ensure port 20808 is open on both machines (disable Firewalls, AV, and VPNs to test), and make sure they're on the same network! Have the network up, start your DJ software, enable Ableton Link in it, then start AI-VJ. See our Ableton Link Sync tutorial for more Ableton and this page from Ableton themselves

How can I get help fastest?
